Kevin Adams spends hours writing, mentoring, and sharing his life with others that they might be inspired and encouraged to live a life of radical intimacy with God. His work has challenged and helped change the perspective of thousands to reconsider what walking by faith really means. To that end, we are currently developing educational resources, online support tools and forming a community to help equip and encourage the faithful steps of inspired believers.

In the fall of 2008, after a decade of hard work, Kevin had a successful business, high income, great investments and no bad debt. By January 09, within 100 days, He’d lost it all, was in overwhelming debt, and his entire financial structure had collapsed squarely on him and his family. Ten years of effort left him with nothing it seemed, but guilt, fear, and shame.
By January 2009, he was left with a choice: Do what he had always done—work harder. Or, let go of conventional thinking, and live literally by faith in God, to see where it would lead him. In the face of lawsuits, foreclosures, and potential homelessness, with his family looking to him for immediate answers, Kevin, in spite of enormous criticism from other Christians, took the radical position of stopping every effort to survive and resting instead at the feet of Jesus.
As a way to share his experience, Kevin began to express in writing what sustained and encouraged him to press on with confidence. Now in his seventh year of living by faith, he continues to share his unfolding testimony, as he and his family have not only been provided for every step of the way, but have been rewarded with miraculous breakthroughs, confirmations, and indisputable proof of God’s generosity.
Kevin’s hope is that through this blog and book: "The Extravagant Fool", readers will emerge with a transformative new understanding of what it means to walk by faith, and clearly see God’s loving desire to uniquely express Himself through every single one of us.

Do you have any speaking engagements in NC? We would love to meet you in person. Are there any locally owned bookstores in the triangle of NC that carry all of your books?
